All seven of our ensuite bedrooms boast a unique personality. Decor ranges from Regency blue and gold to a warming plum and light neutral lower floor rooms.

Whether you are staying for leisure or business you will find our rooms are equipped with a range of facilities to enhance your stay at The Portland.

Television with Freeview available in every room. Capable of taking Firesticks and USBs
Well stock hospitality tray with homemade treats
A hairdryer and shaving adapter can be found in every room. Iron and ironing board is available on request
At least one plug socket in every room has a USB socket available
Complimentary toiletries including body wash, shampoo and conditioner
En suite with shower
Complimentary wi-fi throughout the property

The lower floor is occupied by three of our rooms including both twin rooms and a cosy king room.

Up to the first floor is the second of our cosy king rooms along with our standard and superior kings.

Finally on the top floor is the last of our cosy king rooms.

Please note, we offer the Basement King at this reduced rate as the room is located underneath the kitchen, being an old building – we have some creaky floorboards and this room can be noisy as we prepare for breakfast in the mornings.
