The Portland Guesthouse is located within easy reach of the towns attractions. Whether you are attending the famous Literature Festival in the Autumn or making your way to Cheltenham racecourse for The Festival in Spring The Portland offers an attractive location to explore the town. The Brewery quarter is less than five minutes’ walk away offering places to shop, dine and play. Pittville park and pump room is a stones throw from The Portland, discover the boating lake, tennis courts and cafes as you take a stroll. Montpellier and the Promenade boast some of Cheltenham’s best loved independent boutiques and eateries. A short ten minute taxi ride to the train station makes us easily accessible. Further afield the Cotswold towns of Broadway, Stow-on-the-Wold and Bourton-on-the-water are around 30 minutes’ drive.
